The palate can guess that the cook owns a garden where he scoops his ingredients on a daily base. The most delicious and original restaurant in all shapes & taste. But you need to reserve in advance to be sure to be a lucky gourmet to get this unique culinary experience. The soup, is undoubtedly the best flavored I ever had since I arrived in San Sebastián. The carrots were so surprisingly filling as much as tasty. But, frankly the chocolate tart is part of haute patisserie club.

We have a pleasure dinner night at Orburu, all the dishes were delicious and the service timing made us enjoy the dinner even more. Lander was very professional, we felt at home! Must try the berza asada risotto and the butternut squash with pesto. Make sure to save space for the desserts! We'll definitely come back!

We ordered three vegan main dishes (roasted carrots, fried eggplants and green beans) for two people. They were delicious and the combinations between vegetables and creams were always great. The waiter was professional, patient and kind. The location is underground. It looks like a cozy cave. The place fills up very quickly. Reservation suggested.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’m not even vegetarian, but the flavors and atmosphere were absolutely unmatched. It’s a small, tucked-away place with the sweetest, calmest owners. Don’t miss the chance to try it! It’s a small place so if you can, make a reservation or arrive early.

Making humble vegetables star of the show aint easy and this restaurant prooves that its possible! Really liked the flavours of all the dishes :) maybe here and there would be better more sauce or slightly bigger portions but besides that absolutely content and will definitely come back ;)

Intimate basement restaurant easily overlooked, located down a side alley a few hundred yards from the beach, but so worth seeking out. Tasty and beautifully cooked and presented dishes. Booking ahead is essential.

Highly recommend, especially if you want to try some vegetarian options! We discovered this gem on one of our evening walks and came back the 2nd day for lunch. We did not have a reservation but we were welcomed and offered a table, which was a very kind act because the restaurant was fully booked for the day. The food is delicious, bold flavours that pair together very well. We couldn’t decide if we liked more the carrots with baba ganoush or the giant beans with the artichokes that were equally tasty. What I appreciated was the good quality ingredients, the combination of flavours and the overall feel of being “at home”, enjoying honest food. We ordered the desserts and ended up sharing them because they were so good! If you are in San Sebastián try this wonderful place, off the beaten track and maybe try to reserve a table first to avoid any disappointment
